Toner's Traditional Irish Pub, Dublin, Ireland

Project Overview: This project included extending a historic Irish pub's bar area and adding a new two-storey office building with a floor area of 372 sq.m to the rear of the client's property. The bar extension harmonized with the pub’s traditional style while introducing modern functionality.

• Measured and surveyed the existing bar

• Prepared survey and extension drawings.

• Held client meetings to discuss site development options.

• Created design presentations, including 3D models.

• Developed planning drawings to meet disability access regulations.

• Prepared and submitted the fire safety certificate application.
